Booking & Appointments

• ​Appointments are required for all private sessions unless otherwise stated.

• Classes and events may require advance registration due to limited space.

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for grounding and preparation.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session and will still be charged the full session fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of private sessions.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a full session charge.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Classes, workshops, and events have separate cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated on the event page.

Health & Wellness Disclaimer

• Services offered at Keen Chi Balance are holistic and complementary in nature.

• They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or care.

• Please consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.​

By participating, you acknowledge responsibility for your own health and well-being.

Payments

• ​Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept approved online payments and other methods as listed on the website.

• Packages, memberships, and promotional offers are non-transferable and non-refundable unless clearly stated.

Events, Workshops & Retreats

• Event deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Keen Chi Balance.

• If Keen Chi Balance cancels an event, registrants will receive a full refund or credit.

• Event schedules, facilitators, and offerings may change if necessary.

Personal Responsibility & Conduct

• Keen Chi Balance is a sacred, respectful, and inclusive space.

• Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not respect the space, practitioners, or other guests.
